Community Ministries Manager

The Community Ministries Manager leads and oversees programs and services that support individuals and families in need within the Strathroy community. This role manages staff, volunteers, and daily operations while developing responsive, mission-aligned programming. The Manager ensures compliance, builds community partnerships, and supports seasonal initiatives, all while promoting The Salvation Army’s values of hope, service, dignity, and stewardship.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay range: $52,228.81 to $65,286.01

Location: Strathroy, ON

Start Date: As soon as possible
